For any email that you've received or sent in Shipfix you can set a reminder. You can set a standard reminder if don't want to take action on an email just yet by clicking Remind Me and select or type when you want the reminder, which brings the email back at the top of your inbox.

Better even, and Shipfix is the first mail client to bring this feature to Shipping🥇: 

Choose to be reminded of an email if no reply by a certain time/date. This precious feature will ensure that you never forget to chase a reply to an email you sent. Gold for our operations users but also traders, charterers, and brokers! Give it a try today.

Note: 'Remind Me' is only available so far for Private mailboxes but will soon be rolled out to shared inboxes.

We've enhanced our Signatures as requested 😍
You can now:

• Have as many Signatures as you wish to, per inbox
• Choose which is your default signature for new emails per Inbox
• Choose which is your default signature for reply & forward emails per Inbox
• Swap and edit signatures directly from your email composer

You can now tag your draft emails before you send them so, when they're sent, the tags automatically apply and you can categorise outgoing emails more efficiently 👌🏼

You can now easily create, share & use Snippets to insert preset templates into your email composer. You can have as many as you want. See your Settings > Preferences > Snippets.

You define whether they're personal or shared across your colleagues.
You can attach files and insert images, assign default subject lines and recipients (To, Cc, Bcc), search for them from your Composer, as well as create snippets from your draft emails or a selection of text 😍

You can also insert snippets faster by using the shortcut ⌘/Ctrl+Shift+S

These can be used for anything! Your standard terms, TC descriptions, certs, office addresses, banking details, default responses, market blast templates, etc.

Snippets make your entire team's repeated actions much faster and ensure consistency across your workspace 🎉

We've enabled you to be able to Bulk Select emails on a tab to:

• Mark as Read or Unread' U or Shift + I 
• Archive or Unarchive E
• Flag as Important + or =
• Mark as Working on It to take ownership

You can do this for single emails, or a whole thread of emails. And if you're sharing an mailbox, the changes only apply to you and not to your colleagues 👍🏼

We've released a number of keyboard shortcuts across the inbox so you can work much quicker ⚡️

You can now download all attachments of an email at once into a ZIP file to save time and space 👌🏼

When you apply a Ballasters filter on Tonnage tabs to calculate able to make distances and arrival dates, you will now see 2 new columns appear:

• Ballast Duration (Hours & Days)
• Ballast Distance (Nautical Miles)

You can now lock any manual editions that you make to the Tonnage, Orders & Fixtures screens for an option period of time (12, 24, 48 or 72 hours)

This will prevent the information from being overwritten by emails received from external sources whilst the lock is in place 👌🏼
