We've released 3 new column options on your Tonnage & Order screens:
Bid, Offer & Fresh

If you'd prefer not to use the Comments column to input bids & offers, you can now choose to display these columns and use them as dedicated inputs.

We've also added the Fresh column so you can filter tabs to only show Tonnage & Orders that have been advertised for the first time, within the last 24 hours 👌🏼

Commercial Statuses on Tonnage & Orders are now prefixed options. This makes it much easier to select and filter, particularly when working across large teams or across various locations 👌🏼

You can now clearly see and filter which business is Fresh on your Market Monitor tabs.

The green fresh denotation marks Tonnage & Orders that have been extracted or added to your Shipfix platforms, for the first time, within the last 24 hours.

We've released further enhancements to help you manage your outgoing emails 👌🏼

• Send to Bcc only – send to distribution lists with only email addresses in Bcc

We've made 2 major releases to improve the aggregation of your Orders on Shipfix:

1. We have significantly improved the automated Order de-duplication
2. You can now manually merge orders by bulk-selecting them

If you spot multiple orders that you know to be the same, you can bulk-select and merge as many orders as you wish to 😍

Owners & Managers within your company can now add, remove and request more users, directly and securely through their Shipfix platforms.

This adds to our previous release which enabled Owners & Managers to grant users access to Inboxes & Teams in few clicks.

Administrators within your company now have full control of access to Shipfix 🔐

We've made two releases that ease your search experience on the Maps 💪🏼🥳

1. Filter vessels' Draft (Metres), i.e. the absolute latest draft as reported by AIS in metres
2. or simply filter Ballast/Laden based on our proprietary algorithmic prediction of a vessel's current Ballast/Laden status, which factors in vessel size and design, ballast water, cargo load weights and live and historical drafts

Through our recent partnership with the Baltic Exchange, you can now choose to view the Baltic Data on Shipfix including the abilities to:

• Filter all Dry Spot, Dry FFA, Tanker Spot, Tanker FFA indices across all sizes
• View and filter all underlying Series
• Compare unlimited series and routes over graphs
• Display Daily, Weekly or Monthly averages
• Display Day on Day, Week on Week, MoM, YoY percentage changes 
• Download your graphs

Note: you need to have a current license with the Baltic Exchange to view the data, please get in touch to enable it 😉

Based on numerous requests, we've enabled Folders on Shipfix 🥳
Therefore you can now:

• Create folders and unlimited subfolders (colour code, rename, move, delete)
• Add emails into multiple folders (as many as you'd like)
• Search your folders by name
• Drag & drop emails into folders
• Assign automated email rules to folder emails automatically, as they come in

Note: we can also import your existing folders into Shipfix and ensure smooth transition for larger corporations. Feel free to let us know 😉

Some good news! You can now:

• Download and drag & drop emails as EML files to your email composer (as attachments), to your desktop or to save locally
• Preview and open EML attachments (and even EMLs that contain EMLs) within Shipfix, rather than being forced to open them in your underlying email client 😉
