You can now mark tags as favorites (up to 20) for quicker access — just hover over any tag and click the star. Favorites appear in a dedicated section at the top of the add tag menu, and stay visible there even when hidden. A new "Manage" option lets you search, reorder, and remove favorites in one place.

Exporting distribution lists

You can now export distribution lists — download a single list, all of your lists at once, or just the ones matching a search.

New teamwork filter UX (progressive rollout)

The Teamwork filter now supports combining multiple teamwork conditions in a single search, linked to specific users and/or teams. This makes it possible to build more precise queries — for example, finding emails tagged by either Team A or a specific user on Team B, or emails currently being worked on by Team B — without needing to run separate searches.

Port Tags Filter — "No Port Tag" and "Any Port Tag"

You can now filter by "No port tag" or "Any port tag," making it easier to find emails that are missing port tagging or, conversely, that have been tagged with any port at all.

SharePoint Folder Bookmarks

You can now bookmark SharePoint folders for quicker access. Bookmarks can also be renamed to keep them easy to identify.

Improve the search to include the attachments' name

When doing a search, we now take into account the name of the attachments in addition to the sender, the subject and the body. Tips: if you want to search only in attachment name, you can type in the search: doc:AttachmentName

Show attachment

We have introduced a new setting to display the attachments within the list of emails. To activate it, go to your tab settings : "Show Attachments". Note that this setting is per tab and you can also define it for your new tabs (user settings > Email > Tabs).

Add a setting to avoid extraction of a mailbox

We have introduced a new setting within your Mailbox configuration. A new column has been added, granting the Owner, Manager, or Creator of the mailbox the authority to toggle the "Email Extraction" feature, whether the mailbox is private or shared. Disabling this setting will prevent the extraction of emails from that mailbox.

Prevent unarchiving emails when they are commented

We have introduced a new setting in your Mailbox > Tabs settings that allows for the automatic unarchiving of emails upon receiving comments, which is currently the default behavior. If this option is disabled, any archived email that receives a comment will remain in the Archived section rather than being unarchived.

Search Emails by Contact

When hovering over a sender or recipient in an email header, you'll now see a new option to instantly search all emails exchanged with that contact. Clicking it opens the Global Search pre-filtered by that person's email address.

Jump to Replied Emails from the Activity Log

The activity log now links directly to the reply email associated with a "replied" action. Click on any "You replied" or "User replied" entry in the activity panel to open that reply in the context view immediately.

In your market screens, we have introduced the option to add a Demurrage Rate for fixtures. The Demurrage Rate can be added to the displayed columns and included in exports.

Improve Performance

• We have implemented an automatic cleanup policy for unused drafts.
• We have also capped the total counter displayed in tabs at 9,999+. You can hover over the counter to view the exact value.

AI Composer

You can now draft emails directly from a prompt using AI Composer. Simply describe what you want to say — the context, the recipient, the intent — and AI Composer will generate a ready-to-send email for you.

Writing repetitive or time-sensitive emails — voyage updates, fixture confirmations, cargo inquiries — takes up valuable time. AI Composer helps you communicate faster and more consistently, without starting from a blank page.

Open a new email, click the AI Composer button, enter your prompt, and review the generated draft before sending.

Timezone layers to maps

The map section now include a new option, allowing to view the different timezones.

What's App Bot

You can now create circulars — orders, tonnage, or fixtures — directly from your smarpthone, copy-pasting a message from a conversation to the What's App bot. The bot analyzes your message and automatically generates one or multiple circulars from a single message to your workspace. Note that you can cancel the addition of a circular.

Instead of manually re-entering data into your platform, you can now capture and process circulars right where the conversation happens — saving steps and reducing the risk of errors.

Recipients field enhancement

The "To, Cc" filter has now been renamed to "Recipients". When filtering with that filter, you can now specify if you would like to search the value of the recipient in the To, Cc, and/or Bcc (if applicable).

AIS processing

Overall the processing is now more accurate and faster :

• Graph generation : more nodes and memory usage optimisation for more accurate routing and faster processing. +50% nodes and +200% port-to-graph connections. This results in better land avoidance — for example Los Angeles to Santa Rosalia now correctly routes around the Baja California Peninsula. Graph is ensured to be fully connected and navigable, fixing rare processing errors. Better use of existing voyage data for port entry and complex navigation routes (Amsterdam approach, Kiel Canal entry are good examples).
• Zone avoidance : Better trajectory and faster computing when minimizing or avoiding SECA and piracy zones. The framework now allow finer zone avoidance allowing us to add more areas to avoid for finer able to make control in the future.
• Ship distances : Distance-only queries are now significantly faster for better chartering email processing. When only a distance figure is needed (no trajectory), we skip full route geometry construction entirely and use early-exit pathfinding. This makes bulk distance queries substantially more responsive.
• Routing performance : Edge weights are now precomputed at graph load time, eliminating repeated calculations during pathfinding. Every routing request benefits from faster Dijkstra execution. Memory footprint during graph loading is also tracked and optimised.
• Trajectory correction : Handling of artefacts artificially lengthening trajectories (loops and kinks mainly), resulting in more accurate distance prediction and better targeting for future improvements. Routes are also displayed in finer detail as reduced computation cost allows less aggressive simplification.
• Visual quality : Optional route smoothing for display purposes, reducing the jagged appearance caused by discrete waypoints in open ocean.
• Tooling : Accuracy and timing metrics comparing our predictions against AIS voyage data, with richer statistics (median, worst-10th-percentile, share of routes above accuracy thresholds) for better regression detection and improvement targeting, allowing us to identify and correct errors quickly when receiving bugs notice or feedbacks.

Customize Your Auto-Tagging Workflow

You can now choose which Operations tags are applied automatically to your emails, giving you precise control over your tagging automation. With this update, you can select exactly which tags should be included in the auto-tagging process, while keeping unused tags available for manual application when needed.

Key Benefits:

Within the workspace Settings > Features, you can now decide which tags will be applied for auto-tagging. Using the toggle switches to enable or disable each tag for automatic application. Your selections are saved immediately and apply to all incoming emails going forward.
