It's a big day for us because this feature has been requested a lot. We are thrilled to introduce the Shared Tabs feature!

You can now share your Orders, Tonnage, Fixtures & Maps tabs with any colleagues using Shipfix within your company 🥳

With Shared Tabs, you can:

• Set Viewer or Editor rights for your colleagues on each tab, defining whether your colleagues can change the filters, or view only.
• Share a tab by inviting a specific colleague (or a group of colleagues) to the tab, and/or by sharing a link within your organisation.
• See the details of both active and inactive colleagues on a shared tab in real-time, who saw what, when, like Google docs 😉
• Transfer the Ownership of the tab to a colleague, so he/she can pass it on to others in their team.

We've released lots of improvements to our anonymised and aggregated Market Trends which will help you have a clear view of where the market is going and make decisions with a factual data-driven approach.

First of all, for those who have access to the Shipfix Insights, you will see 2 new charts with stacked bars and several moving average curves (90, 30 and 7 days) as followed:

1. Shipfix coverage of Cargo Orders (TCT & Voyage)

You can now install Shipfix on your computer with a sleeker look

Please follow these steps:

1. Open Shipfix in web browser e.g. Google Chrome
2. Within the URL bar, on the far right hand side, find and click the square symbol with a down arrow through it.

Shipfix can be now be accessed from your desktop and work like an "app" from your computer with an icon on your desktop and taskbar.

We have some exciting news... the Commercial Status column has been launched!

You can now update the Commercial Status of your Tonnage and Orders screens with clear colour changes, for the benefit of you and your colleagues, and maintain fresh lists.

Many clients have asked to be able to preview areas on a map to deliver further clarity when filtering results by areas.

We're happy to have released this powerful and visual feature that makes the search experience more reliable and convenient, whether you select and/or exclude areas in your Open Areas, Load / Deli, Disc / Redel filters.

Teamwork transparency is what makes chartering and operations teams more productive as shared information can be easily filtered.

This is why we've enhanced our Teamwork filter to let you find orders, tonnage, fixtures and emails that have been sent, seen, commented on, tagged, bookmarked across your organisation or for a specific team member.

You can also filter emails by Working on It and see at a glance who is currently working on important topics, particularly important for Operations teams to have clarity as to which emails are being addressed by their colleagues, for example:
