We've added Port tags to the default tags category 🙌🏼

You are now able to tag any Port, with all Ports available by default, in addition to  People, Teams, Jobs, Ships, Companies and your Shared or Private tags 👌🏼

As requested by some of you, we've given some love to the Shipfix Composer.
We've completely revamped it and have integrated the same open source library used by Microsoft Outlook. Therefore it is more robust and should look pretty familiar 😍

Now you're able to:    

• use more formatting tools
• copy/paste from Word and keep the formatting 
• insert tables, lines/rows, merge cells, add borders
• indent & outdent texts
• add strikethroughs
• align or justify texts
• select fonts and font sizes more clearly
• remove/block quotes
• add numbered and bullet lists

You can also do the same for your signatures 👌🏼

You can now pop-out the Composer, emails, reply or forward panes simply into a new window by using Shift + Click.

When selecting cargo types across Shipfix, you can now use the new and improved hierarchy tree of cargo types to ensure that what you're selecting encompasses the cargoes that you expect – try it out!

Our ship-centric view has been released enabling a smoother, more concise Tonnage list on any tab 🥳 Toggling ON the Ship Centric feature on the tonnage toolbar provides a condensed list of tonnage positions, i.e: each vessel on one line only.

The ship-centric view prioritises the most current and closest opening position for each vessel, rather than displaying all potential ETA positions that may be listed in emails.

For example, a vessel may be marketed in an email with multiple positions, such as:
Passing Passero 5 Aug;  ETA Gib 8 Aug;  ETA SW Pass 23 Aug

• These may be from different senders and may vary between them, or be sent by the same sender differently at different times.
• Ship Centric OFF will display each position separately on separate rows, as listed in, and extracted from, your emails.
• Ship Centric ON will prioritise the current opening position, closest to the current date. So, using the above example, if today is 4th August, the vessel will show as open in Passero 5th Aug on the Tonnage list.

It's a big day for us because this feature has been requested a lot. We are thrilled to introduce the Shared Tabs feature!

You can now share your Orders, Tonnage, Fixtures & Maps tabs with any colleagues using Shipfix within your company 🥳

With Shared Tabs, you can:

• Set Viewer or Editor rights for your colleagues on each tab, defining whether your colleagues can change the filters, or view only.
• Share a tab by inviting a specific colleague (or a group of colleagues) to the tab, and/or by sharing a link within your organisation.
• See the details of both active and inactive colleagues on a shared tab in real-time, who saw what, when, like Google docs 😉
• Transfer the Ownership of the tab to a colleague, so he/she can pass it on to others in their team.

We've released lots of improvements to our anonymised and aggregated Market Trends which will help you have a clear view of where the market is going and make decisions with a factual data-driven approach.

First of all, for those who have access to the Shipfix Insights, you will see 2 new charts with stacked bars and several moving average curves (90, 30 and 7 days) as followed:

1. Shipfix coverage of Cargo Orders (TCT & Voyage)
   
   Stacked bars can be toggled between Cargo Size (MTs) or on Cargo Count
   
   
2. Shipfix coverage of Advertised Vessel Openings
   
   Stacked bars can be toggled between DWT Sum (MTs) or on Vessel Count

We've also enhanced our forward curves with a view over 8 weeks in order to better reflect the spot market.
