You can now make Private Notes across on the back of Orders, Tonnage, Fixtures, Ships & Ports, visible only to you!

You also now have the option to create Private Tags just for you, and Custom Tags can become Shared Tags.

Upon request of a number of clients with large research and data analytics teams, we are happy to announce that we have released an API to download Orders, Tonnage and Fixtures 🙌🏼

This means that analysts and research teams can access data in raw formats, that Shipfix has extracted and structured, and run analysis outside of the Shipfix platform.

Following our release of the Voyages tab on the Ship Directory where you can see the historical voyages undertaken by each vessel, we have released, within the Particulars section of the Ship Directory, the ability to simply view (and edit if required) the Last Predicted Cargoes of each vessel 🚢

Great News! 🎉 You can now freely drag & drop documents or email attachments, preview and download them across the Shipfix platform.

• You can easily drag and drop email attachments from Shipfix to save them locally on your computer desktop. Documents can also be dragged and dropped from a chat or an email to your Shipfix Composer or other chat rooms.
• Alternatively, click on an attachment within an email or chat to choose to either preview or download it to save it locally. Office 365 documents, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, can now be previewed alongside PDF and images.
• You can also now choose to preview or download attachments on Shipfix Mobile too 😉

Notice the technology used by Shipfix to preview attachments is 100% secured, i.e. no one outside your organisation can access the previewable documents 🔒

Want to export your list as it is? We've got you covered!
You can export any columns from the Maps, Orders, Tonnage & Fixtures screens. 

• Export your current column view by default, or
• Export after you've edited the columns (disable columns you don't want to export, add columns you want in, and change the order of the columns separately to your current list view) in the Export menu

Here at Shipfix we've been listening to your needs and for this reason you can now easily comment Orders, Tonnage & Fixtures via dedicated columns for the benefit of you and your colleagues 🥳

• Tonnage screen: new column Ship Comments to see the latest comments

• Orders & Fixtures screens: new column Comments to see the latest comments
• By default the last comment added is displayed in the column.
• When you hover with your mouse, the last 3 comments are displayed

• On click, all comments are displayed in the dedicated Comments side panel

Tip: when you export a tonnage list and choose Copy to Clipboard (1-Line), the latest comment will appear on the right hand side 😉

We are excited to announce the benefits brought to you as a result of our advanced order deduplications across your Orders screens! We have achieved 30-50% noise reduction on duplicate orders 🥳 

This means even more accurate, condensed and focused order lists for you to create and work with. The deduplication exercise has involved:

• Incredible efforts in cleansing the huge Account name database extracted by Shipfix, including the numerous synonyms, homonyms, miss-spellings and associated companies.
• Major improvements on accurate extraction of Cargo Weights (VOY), DWT Requirements (TC), Cargo Types and Load/Disc ports & complex Order aggregations.
• Detecting adjustments in Lay-Cans over time.
• Order aggregations of both current and historical data across your screens has been complete, i.e: we've rerun the screens for you 😉

We've added Port tags to the default tags category 🙌🏼

You are now able to tag any Port, with all Ports available by default, in addition to  People, Teams, Jobs, Ships, Companies and your Shared or Private tags 👌🏼

As requested by some of you, we've given some love to the Shipfix Composer.
We've completely revamped it and have integrated the same open source library used by Microsoft Outlook. Therefore it is more robust and should look pretty familiar 😍

Now you're able to:    

• use more formatting tools
• copy/paste from Word and keep the formatting 
• insert tables, lines/rows, merge cells, add borders
• indent & outdent texts
• add strikethroughs
• align or justify texts
• select fonts and font sizes more clearly
• remove/block quotes
• add numbered and bullet lists

You can also do the same for your signatures 👌🏼

You can now pop-out the Composer, emails, reply or forward panes simply into a new window by using Shift + Click.
