Operations Tag Auto-Tagging Configuration

Customize Your Auto-Tagging Workflow

You can now choose which Operations tags are applied automatically to your emails, giving you precise control over your tagging automation. With this update, you can select exactly which tags should be included in the auto-tagging process, while keeping unused tags available for manual application when needed.

Key Benefits:

• Focused automation – Enable only the Operations tags relevant to your workflow, reducing noise and improving accuracy
• Flexible configuration – Toggle individual tags on or off for auto-tagging while maintaining the full tag library
• Team consistency – Configure tag preferences at the team or departmental level to ensure uniform tagging practices across Operations, Chartering, and other departments

Within the workspace Settings > Features, you can now decide which tags will be applied for auto-tagging. Using the toggle switches to enable or disable each tag for automatic application. Your selections are saved immediately and apply to all incoming emails going forward.

You can now quickly reference and work with emails using compact short IDs instead of full identifiers.

Key capabilities: 

• Quick search: Find any email by entering its short ID in the search bar
• Draft attachments: Attach files from previous emails to new drafts by referencing the source email's short ID
• Simplified sharing: Share email references with colleagues using memorable short codes

Short IDs are automatically generated when using the option Copy Short ID. Note that you can also add that option in your message surface (User settings > Email > Message Surface)

• We resolved an issue where valid tonnage positions could be incorrectly filtered out of user lists when an open date filter was active, even if their dates fell within the specified range.
• We've resolved an issue with "Body & Subject" filters in Email Rules that could causing incorrect tagging. Previously, when you used double quotes for strict phrase matching (e.g., "reported owners expenses"), the system could ignored these quotes.
• We've fixed an issue where searching for a mailbox in the Inbox filter would fail to return results if the mailbox name was entered in uppercase.
