🚀 New Feature : Export reports from IMOS to Shipfix Drafts

• You can now create drafts in Shipfix directly from your IMOS reports, significantly speeding up your workflow.

• We resolved an issue where valid tonnage positions could be incorrectly filtered out of user lists when an open date filter was active, even if their dates fell within the specified range.
• We've resolved an issue with "Body & Subject" filters in Email Rules that could causing incorrect tagging. Previously, when you used double quotes for strict phrase matching (e.g., "reported owners expenses"), the system could ignored these quotes.
• We've fixed an issue where searching for a mailbox in the Inbox filter would fail to return results if the mailbox name was entered in uppercase.

Shipfix Product Updates

• Mailbox Folders Now Sorted Alphabetically

Your mailbox folders are now sorted alphabetically, making them easier to find. Don't worry, your workspace folder will still remain conveniently at the top

• Enhanced Folder Filtering

We've made finding your files even easier! You can now filter your folders and their sub-folders with more control. This gives you greater precision when narrowing down your search results

When applying a filter, you'll see new options to specify your search scope:

• This folder: Filter only the top-level folder
• This folder's children: Filter only the sub-folders within the selected folder
• Both: Filter both the top-level folder and its sub-folders

• Filter Reset

We've added a reset option to all filters that didn't have one before. Now, you can easily clear any filter with a single click

• Smarter Email Rendering:

Our engine is now better at handling badly formatted emails, helping to contain their width so they display more cleanly and don't break your layout

Users with IT Support permission can now create MS Client Credentials to connect Azure mailboxes. Navigate to User settings > Workspace > MS Client Credentials.

Users can now compare voyage cargo to selected vessel particulars, including DWT and capacity, based on traversed load lines and adjusted for manually entered port restrictions (draft and salinity).
